Our HR Policy
ENTEGRE, provides internship to high school and university students with the motive of educating the future architects and engineers the best way possible, showing the Project Management best practices and helping and directing them in their career plans.
Internship Application Process
In the internship program, the recruiting is done as ‘Summer Intern’ and ‘Part-Time Intern’. The candidates who complete the application form are evaluated according some criteria and after face-to-face interviews, appropriate candidates are offered an intern position.
During the Internship
Interns are located to worksites or head office regarding their interests and talents. During the internship period, the intern is expected to carry out various projects for his/her personal and professional development. Approximately 25-30 hours of education is provided about project management, quality management, health and safety and other related subjects.
