Prepared pursuant to Article 13 of the KVKK
1. General Information
The Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK") grants data subjects a number of rights regarding their personal data, including the right to be informed, to access their data, to learn whether their data is being processed in accordance with its stated purpose, and to request correction or deletion of their data.
Pursuant to Article 13/1 of the KVKK, applications to ENTEGRE PROJE YÖNETİM DANIŞMANLIK MÜHENDİSLİK TİCARET A.Ş. (hereinafter referred to as "Entegre Proje") as the data controller must be submitted in writing using this Data Subject Request Form or through the other methods specified herein. Written applications to Entegre Proje, by taking a printout of this form, may be submitted:
- In person by the applicant (presenting a valid identity document),
- Via notary,
- By signing with a 'secure electronic signature' as defined under Electronic Signature Law No. 5070 and sending to Entegre Proje's registered electronic mail (KEP) address.

2. Right to Submit a Request
2.1 Subject Matters
Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, any person whose personal data is being processed may apply to Entegre Proje through the methods described above and submit requests regarding the following matters:
- To learn whether their personal data is being processed,
- To request information about their personal data if it is being processed,
- To request correction of incomplete or inaccurate personal data and to request notification of the correction to third parties to whom the data has been transferred,
- To learn the purpose of the processing of personal data and whether the data is used in accordance with that purpose,
- To learn the identity of third parties to whom personal data has been transferred domestically or abroad,
- To request deletion, destruction, or anonymisation of personal data when the reasons requiring its processing have ceased to exist, and to request notification of such action to third parties to whom the data has been transferred,
- To object to a decision resulting to the detriment of the data subject that is based solely on automated processing,
- To request compensation for damages suffered as a result of unlawful processing of personal data.
2.2 Situations Excluded from the Right to Submit a Request
Pursuant to Article 28 of the KVKK, the following situations are excluded from the scope of the KVKK and therefore data subjects may not exercise their right of application:
- Processing of personal data for official statistics or for research, planning and statistical purposes after being anonymised,
- Processing of personal data by judicial authorities or enforcement bodies in connection with investigation, prosecution, trial or execution proceedings,
- Processing of personal data for artistic, historical, literary or scientific purposes, or within the scope of freedom of expression, provided that such processing does not violate national defence, national security, public security, public order, economic security, privacy of private life or personal rights, and does not constitute an offence,
- Processing of personal data within the scope of preventive, protective and intelligence activities carried out by public institutions and organisations authorised by law to perform duties related to national defence, national security, public security, public order or economic security.
Pursuant to Article 28/2 of the KVKK, except for the right to request compensation for damages, rights may not be exercised in the following situations either:
- Where personal data processing is necessary for the prevention of a crime or for criminal investigation,
- Processing of personal data that has been made public by the data subject themselves,
- Where personal data processing is necessary for supervisory or regulatory duties or for disciplinary investigation or prosecution by public institutions or organisations and professional organisations of public institution nature, based on the authority granted by law,
- Where personal data processing is necessary for the protection of the State's economic and financial interests in matters related to budget, tax and financial matters.

4. Requests That May Be Submitted by the Data Subject

5. Entegre Proje's Procedure and Timeframe for Responding to Requests
In accordance with Article 13 of the KVKK, Entegre Proje will finalise data subject requests free of charge within a maximum of 30 (thirty) days, depending on the nature of the request. However, if the processing requires an additional cost, a fee may be charged in accordance with the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
Entegre Proje may accept the application or, by explaining its reasons, reject it on the grounds listed below, and may notify the data subject of its response in writing or electronically. The data subject's application may be rejected in the following situations:
- Preventing the rights and freedoms of other persons
- Requiring disproportionate effort
- The information being publicly available
- Endangering the privacy of others
- The existence of one of the situations excluded from scope under the KVKK
Preferred method of receiving Entegre Proje's response:

6. The Data Subject's Right to File a Complaint with the Board
Pursuant to Article 14 of the KVKK, if the data subject's application is rejected, if the response is found insufficient, or if no response is provided within the prescribed period, the data subject may file a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Board within thirty days of learning the data controller's response, and in any case within sixty days of the date of application.
A complaint to the Board cannot be made without first submitting an application to Entegre Proje.
7. Other Matters
Entegre Proje may request additional information from the data subject and may ask questions related to the application in order to clarify the matters contained therein.

1. General Information
Pursuant to the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), data subjects (relevant individuals) have the right to request information regarding their personal data by submitting a request to the data controller and to exercise the rights listed in Article 11 of the Law.
Pursuant to Article 13/1 of the KVKK; the data controller, ENTEGRE PROJE YÖNETİM DANIŞMANLIK MÜHENDİSLİK TİCARET A.Ş. (hereinafter referred to as “Entegre Proje”), requires that requests regarding these rights be submitted in writing via this Personal Data Subject Request Form or other methods specified herein. In this context, written requests submitted to Entegre Proje may be submitted by printing this form and using the methods outlined below.

2. Right to Submit a Request
2.1 Subjects Matters of Applications
Pursuant to Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK), anyone whose personal data is processed may submit a request to Entegre Proje as described above regarding the following matters:
- To learn whether their personal data is being processed,
- Requesting information regarding their personal data,
- To request the correction of your personal data if it has been processed inaccurately or incompletely, and to request that the third parties to whom your personal data has been disclosed be notified of such correction,
- To learn the purpose of the processing of your personal data and whether it is being used in accordance with that purpose,
- To learn the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred within or outside the country,
- To request the erasure, destruction, or anonymization of your personal data if the grounds for processing no longer exist, and to request that this action be communicated to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,
- To object to a decision made solely through the automated processing of your data that adversely affects you,
- To request compensation for damages incurred as a result of the unlawful processing of personal data.
2.2 Situations Excluded from the Scope of the Right to File a Complaint
Pursuant to Article 28 of the KVKK; since the following cases are excluded from the scope of the KVKK, data subjects will not be able to exercise their right to file a complaint:
- The processing of personal data for purposes such as research, planning, and statistics through official statistics and anonymization,
- The processing of personal data by judicial authorities or enforcement agencies in connection with investigations, prosecutions, trials, or enforcement proceedings,
- The processing of personal data for artistic, historical, literary, or scientific purposes, or within the scope of freedom of expression, provided that such processing does not violate national defense, national security, public safety, public order, economic security, the privacy of private life, or personal rights, nor constitutes a criminal offense,
- The processing of personal data within the scope of preventive, protective, and intelligence activities conducted by public institutions and organizations authorized by law to ensure national defense, national security, public safety, public order, or economic security.
Pursuant to Article 28/2 of the KVKK; except for the right to claim compensation for damages, the exercise of rights is also not possible in the following circumstances:
- Where the processing of personal data is necessary for the prevention of a crime or for a criminal investigation,
- Processing of personal data made public by the data subject
- The processing of personal data by public institutions and organizations, as well as professional associations with the status of public institutions, acting within the authority granted by law, where such processing is necessary for the performance of their supervisory or regulatory duties, or for disciplinary investigations or prosecutions,
- The processing of personal data is necessary for the protection of the state’s economic and financial interests regarding budget, tax, and financial matters

4. Requests That May Be Submitted by the Data Subject

5. Entegre Proje’s Procedure and Timeframe for Responding to Requests
In accordance with Article 13 of the KVKK, Integrated Project will process requests submitted by data subjects free of charge within a maximum of 30 (thirty) days, depending on the nature of the request. However, if the process incurs additional costs, a fee in accordance with the tariff determined by the KVKK Board may be charged.
Entegre Project may accept the request or, by providing a justification, may reject it for the reasons listed below and notify the relevant individual of its decision in writing or electronically. The data subject’s request may be rejected in the following circumstances:
- If it infringes upon the rights and freedoms of others
- If it requires a disproportionate effort
- If the information is already in the public domain
- If it jeopardizes the privacy of others
- If any of the circumstances excluded from the scope of the KVKK are present
Method of notification of the response to be provided by Entegre Proje:
- I would like to receive it in person.
- I would like it sent to my email address.
6. The Data Subject’s Right to File a Complaint with the Board
Pursuant to Article 14 of the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK), the data subject may file a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Board within thirty days from the date of receiving the data controller’s response, or within sixty days from the date of the request, in cases where the request is rejected, the response is deemed insufficient, or no response is provided within the prescribed timeframe.
A complaint to the Board cannot be filed without first submitting an application to the Entegre Project.
7. Other Matters
The Entegre Project may request additional information from the relevant data subject and may ask the data subject questions regarding their application in order to clarify the matters contained in the data subject’s application.
